This isn’t a mock funeral. If I remember correctly, this is Babu Singh from Farukhabad, UP who has been on a hunger strike. I met him when I was protesting through the night on 31st December 2012. He woke up at 5.15 am and spoke to me and a few folks who spent their NY eve there.
